Barcelona is by far one of the most magical places I’ve ever been to. I love everything about it: the food, the people, the beaches, There’s nothing disappointing about this city. There is so much architecture, art, and culture to experience that if you’ve never been to Europe I’d definitely say start here. I went on a 9 day trip, my second time being there, and I loved it even more than the first time.
The place we stayed at was called The Street Apartments. It was a great experience because it felt like we were actually living in Barcelona as opposed to staying in a hotel. If you want any additional information about the place please comment below I’d be more than happy to tell you all about it!
The first time I was there I didn’t have enough time to go visit the Gaudí House and this time I made sure to make it a priority. Every inch of that house is beyond amazing. The tour only cost 25€ and you’re given a headset and can go explore the house on your own. I actually prefer such tours because I can go at my own pace.
After we decided to go walk through the streets and explore different restaurants and shops. There are several buildings with Gaudí architecture throughout the city.
One of my favorite parks has the Arc de Triomf. Within this park you will also find a zoo but it’s a great place to just sit and relax. You’ll always find a multitude of different types of people just enjoying the city.
I have to admit coming from NYC I really didn’t think anyone has us beat when it comes to the nightlife but Barcelona is wayyy past us! The party never stops here no matter what day of the week. I won’t lie we ended most nights with the sun coming up by the beach.
Hope you guys enjoyed this post!
