I was recently contacted by a company called Model Off Duty Beauty to do a collaboration with. It was actually perfect timing because I spent a good 45 minutes that past weekend in beauty shops trying to see if I could find a new all natural mask for myself. It was one of those months where my skin was just NOT cooperating with me. It worked out so perfectly that they sent me an email to try out one of there products!
The first thing I noticed is that they are an all natural skincare company. Vegan, Cruelty free, non-GMO, and no sulfates or parabens… could it get any better?! As I went through their product selection the one that stood out to me the most was their Superfood Skin Glow Mask. The reason behind this was that they use the ingredient neem in the mask. Now a lot of people don’t know but neem is an amazing natural alternative to helping with acne. I used to take neem supplements for many years when I had horrible acne in my early 20s. It was a miracle cure for me in a bottle. Now I try to find products that have neem however it’s really not that common! So when I saw this mask used pumpkin as well as neem I was immediately sold.
Of course once I received the product in the mail, loved the packaging by the way, I immediately tried it that same night. I like to apply my masks with a makeup brush (not necessary here but I just feel fancy when I do it) and let it sit on my face for about 10-15 min before I washed it off. I have to say even as I started rinsing it off I noticed just how much smoother my skin felt. The best part was the next morning it was even better, super smooth and my whole face had this glow.
In a nutshell, I would totally recommend this mask. I’m also excited to try out more of their products as well, as I’ve said before I love that it’s all natural so I don’t have to worry about what is being absorbed into my skin other than healthy goodness!
