I hope you all had an amazing holiday! I know I did because of just how much I ate! It was truly such fun with family and friends. Since I’m Polish we really celebrate Christmas on Christmas Eve. We have a tradition where we start dinner around 7 and after every meal, there’s supposed to be 12!, we open a gift. We don’t eat meat on Christmas Eve so there is so much fish, pierogi, and soup along with all the desert!
Both my best friends spent the holiday as well and we watched movies and ate desert for the rest of the night. At midnight we went to Mass and spent the rest of the night once again eating!
I wore this the other week when it wasn’t literally ice cold outside. I love layering during the winter. You can add so many colors or textures to a look and really play it up. I paired my Scotch & Soda jeans with a few basic pieces that had little details to them. This jacket from Marithé et François Girbaud was purchased a few years back but I love all the extra details they put into it. From the front pocket to all the metal hardware, it adds so much to a basic navy coat.
Let me know in the comments below what you did for the holidays, I’d love to know!
